Your lesson today will release front, back and sides of your body, and enhance your ability to rotate with ease. This is the way we are designed to move! Our culture and even helping professions encourage us to stiffen and tighten our centers. It's counter intuitive really. Nothing moves well if it is stiff and rigid, right?
