What's included

Chair Somatics

There is no rule saying Somatics must be done while lying on the floor. Here are ways to do Somatics in a seated position. They are taught in a chair. 

An ideal chair:
  1. has a firm, flat seat
  2. no arms 
  3. no wheels 
  4. does not swivel
  5. your feet can reach the floor, resting on the whole sole of feet
  6. you can sit with your knees bent at hip height or lower
  7. not squishy or super soft seat
