Hey there!
Just a quick note to let you know about the latest additions to the Think Somatics Online Classroom.
  1. TWO variations to address tension in the sides of the body. Typically addressed with the Side Bend, these variations are done while lying on your back. I call them Supine Hip Hikers (supine means on your back) and you'll find them in the Breakdowns of Individual Somatic Movements section.
  2. I created another Think Somatics Lesson for Pelvic Floor Tension. You'll find it in the Somatics Lessons for Lower Body section. It's a seated lesson too!
