Just a quick note to let you know about the latest additions to the Think Somatics Online Classroom.
- TWO variations to address tension in the sides of the body. Typically addressed with the Side Bend, these variations are done while lying on your back. I call them Supine Hip Hikers (supine means on your back) and you'll find them in the Breakdowns of Individual Somatic Movements section.
- I created another Think Somatics Lesson for Pelvic Floor Tension. You'll find it in the Somatics Lessons for Lower Body section. It's a seated lesson too!
