NEW class | Seated Somatics to release lateral tension and improve walking

We have sides of our bodies, but can have a lot of tension and sensory motor amnesia along the jaw, neck, shoulder, rib, waist, hips, knees and ankles. 

This lesson is a great way to reconnect your brain to the sides of your body, getting things to release, and move more freely.  

This lesson is great if you have

  • balance issues
  • scoliosis
  • sciatica
  • and more.

And it's done seated!  You'll need a flat- seated chair or stool without arm rests.
