Take a walk after meals. A 10-minute brisk stroll after meals can help regulate blood sugar spikes.
Limit screen time, especially before bed.
Read a real book
Take time for a craft --even if you don't consider yourself crafty, it can be as simple as doodling. Too many of us have been told we aren't artistic or creative, and give it up at a young age. Crafting helps downshift your nervous system to recovery state.
Get outside for sunshine, fresh air, and movement
FOMO no mo'! Sure, you want take time for quality time with the people and activities you really love. Decide what really matters to YOU. It's ok to say no. :-)
