I have a few more somatic movements--pandiculations--for you to explore. They are done lying on the floor. 

If getting to the floor is absolutely out of the question, you could try them on a firm bed. If you do that, please do them very gently, as beds can be too squishy which can make it easy to do too much. Less is more. :-)
