I just added a great standing somatics lesson, that once you explore it, you can sneak parts into your day any time. You can easily do these movements when you are traveling or stuck in line at the DMV.
I know what you're thinking, "I don't want to draw attention to myself!" No worries. Doing the movements small and subtly is better than trying to push and go big. So you can do them on the sly, in public. :-)
