I was hesitant about making this section. Somatics is never about addressing just parts of the body. The basic moves of the daily supplement make a great whole body routine. But sometimes we might need a bit more focus into the periphery (extremities, neck, skull, etc).
So be sure to do a few arch and flattens at least, before you jump in here...enjoy!
