The following somatic movements, called pandiculations, are meant to release tension in your 
  • back, neck and shoulders
  • chest, abdominals, and diaphragm
  •  the sides of your body including waist, rib cage, and hips 
  • and reclaim your ability to rotate and move from your center
This set of pandiculations are based on Thomas Hanna's routine he called the Cat Stretch.
