Notes on The Daily Supple-ment Routine
The following somatic movements, called pandiculations, are meant to release tension in your
back, neck and shoulders
chest, abdominals, and diaphragm
the sides of your body including waist, rib cage, and hips
and reclaim your ability to rotate and move from your center
This set of pandiculations are based on Thomas Hanna's routine he called the Cat Stretch.
